One Corny farm
The series of images are of a small farm about 30 minutes from my small town. I decided to photograph this series because every year my family and I make the trip to navigate the mazes and get some delicious treats. The farm has a huge impact on my childhood and there's nothing else better then being there.
Not so scary.
Cricklewood farm is a family-owned farm that brings joy to the whole family. The farm is known for its unique corn mazes and their huge 60-acre lot with over 60 types of apples for your picking.

The farm is located on the outskirts of Brighton ON, on Hwy 2. The farm runs many fun fall activities including a 6-acre corn maze as well as a smaller a 1-acre. They have pick your own apples, pumpkins, sweet corn, squash, and raspberries.

Each year Cricklewood changes their corn maze design whether they are supporting a charity or fundraising for animal shelters or first responders to Halloween themed mazes like a giant spider on its web. The mazes together combined make 7-acres with 2.5 miles of pathways. The maze has little puzzles around for you to solve to help make your way through the corn. The smaller maze is a little easier to navigate with a maximum time of 30 minutes where the 6-acre maze could take up to 2 hours.

They also have their own bakery where they make delicious treats with all the fresh apples and pumpkins. This includes things like tarts, pies, pastries, and even apple cider.
